Order walkthrough
How to order link insertions after you were featured
You have been quoted, asked politely, and still have no link on the page you wanted. This is the order, click by click, with one worked example that is openly made up.
What a placement can and cannot do here
A placement is a new article on another site, with one link to the page you pick. It does not edit the podcast page that skipped you.
Think of it as a second, independent pointer to the thing you talked about. The first pointer was the host's. This one is yours to choose, within the donor list of 50,000+ vetted domains.
We sell no ranking outcome. Google's link spam policies, updated again in December 2022 with SpamBrain, treat purchased links that pass ranking signals as a violation, so keep volume low, topics relevant and the sites real.
Start by asking. The show notes guide takes ten minutes and sometimes solves the whole thing. Skip it only when the host has already said no.
A second reminder: the red flag list applies to every seller, including us. Check the list yourself.
Prices are shown on each row, so $1 and $500 are the two ends of the same list.
The order, in seven moves
- 1
Choose one target page
Use the page you discussed in the interview, not your homepage by default.
- 2
Open the marketplace and filter
Narrow by niche and language first, then Domain Rating, organic traffic and referring domains. Price is on every row.
- 3
Read the sites like a visitor
Open three of them. Would a real reader of that blog care about your topic?
- 4
Add a few to the basket
Adding is free. Prices run from $1 per link to roughly $500 on the strongest domains.
- 5
Pick a content mode
Automatic from URL and keyword, your own instructions, or your finished article. Choose the last one if you want a line from the interview quoted.
- 6
Pay from your balance
Top up in the dashboard, then pay the basket. Invoices and proforma invoices are available.
- 7
Track under ordered links
Each placement shows its status. Open the live page once it appears and check the link.
Week by week, as a sketch
Payment goes through
The article is written automatically from your inputs and queued for the donor site.
Most placements are live
Usually within about 24 hours of payment. Check the status list, then the page itself.
Record what you see
Screenshot the live page. Ask Search Console about the link, which may take a while to appear.
Do nothing dramatic
Changes in traffic or rankings, if any, arrive slowly and are tangled with everything else you did that month.
Review
Decide whether a second small batch makes sense or whether the money belongs elsewhere.
An invented example: a $100 plan for one episode
| Line | Count | Rough cost |
|---|---|---|
| Small niche blogs in your topic | 5 | $5 to $10 each |
| One mid-tier industry site | 1 | $30 to $45 |
| Cushion for a second try | - | $15 to $25 |
| Total ceiling | 6 links | $100 |
Our read
Small and relevant beats big and random
A handful of placements on sites your listeners might actually read is easier to defend than forty on anything cheap. Start small, record the date, review at week eight.
- Ask the host first
- One target page per batch
- Keep the order record with the episode notes
